This picture looks awesome, it is very well detailed i especially like how the scales on many parts of the picture gradually become skin, one thing that may improve might be some more colour, also the facial features look a little strange. The shadowing looks great also. One thing i saw was that the fingers on the left hand look a little too long and widespread. The liitle arms that came out the sides of her boy are pretty awesome. I like how you included a background into the picture it looks very good. Overall this picture is fantastic. Well done.
