.....Wtf is that?? Haha.
So, a few days ago, I had a brief run in with a "Digital Art is Not Art" type of person (on another art site) and it certainly got me interested (and wondering).
It's been nearly 7 years since I made a piece of finished art on paper
with pens and pencils before I took up digital, and I wanted to see how I would do with it now
. I figured it's like riding a bike.
And I'm not kidding, I actually had trouble drawing/shading lines and just being able to USE the pencil. I'm so used to "drawing" with a stylus and looking at my monitor that I couldn't accurately get the pencil in the right spot. It took a couple of hours into the piece (and a few warm-up scribbles) to get my hand back into it (Kinda like drawing with your opposite hand, but with your good hand).
Really, really weird
So here we are. Doing Traditional Art. I'm also sorry that I couldn't think of anyone else to draw. It's the only face I know how to draw these days It was either him or Dr House.
HB, 2H, 4B and 6B were the only pencils I could find.
And an eraser.
