Dr Lightman v Dr House

My opinion, House is more skillful than Lightman. Sure Lightman can observe micro expressions and tell if someone is lying or not but House can he can easily diagnose someone by simply looking at the patient, put up the symptoms and the possible causes in his head and boom! Done.
